IT'S NOT GOING TO BE EASY, BUT IT'S DEFINITELY WORTH IT!
There are over one million women in America with undetected breast cancer. If I told you I'm walking 60 miles for 3 days to help women with undetected breast cancer find out early enough to survive, would you support me? I hope so, because I need your help.
This spring, I'll be participating in a very special and powerful event in the fight against breast cancer. It's called the Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day.
I'll walk 60 miles from Baltimore to Washington, DC with over 3000 other courageous people to raise money for breast cancer. The net proceeds will support the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade's mission to fund access to care and find a cure for breast cancer, with a focus on medically underserved women.
I have to raise a minimum of $1,900 in donations by April 5th and this is where you come in. I'm not comfortable asking people for money, and I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that. For me this is the most difficult part of this endeavor. This is actually harder than training for this event, but it's worth it, because it's for an extremely worthy cause, so without further hesitation, I asked that you help me reach my goal by making a fully tax-deductible donation.
